Biscuits are a treat and a pleasure and it
is our belief that their creation shouldn't be at the expense of the planet or the people who inhabit it.
We reuse all the packaging that we can for posting and protecting our biscuits in transit to you, and if we can't
reuse it, we recycle it.
When wrapping our biscuits we use recyclable cardboard and our gift tins can
be used by you to refill with our yummy biscuits, (or for storing lego in - your choice!). Our biscuits are sealed in airtight
polypropylene bags. These bags do not damage the environment during their disposal and they are suitable
for recycling.
We also think about food miles. We try to make sure the ingredients we use in our biscuits
haven't travelled too far and we use local flour and free range eggs from local farms in all our products.
We
are also big supporters of Fairtrade products, buying fairtrade sugar and fruits and chocolate whenever possible.
We do all this because we care - and we believe because of this your biscuits will taste even better.
