Butter Cookies

We take buttery, vanilla flavoured dough and press it into beautiful daisies when we make our Butter Cookies.  We sprinkle them with sugar and snuggle them in a box.  These butter cookies are reminiscent of their Danish counterparts, only made a lot closer to home.  A pretty bite to set out with tea and obviously perfect for garden parties!
