About Us
The Handmade Biscuit Company is a craft bakery based in Cheltenham in the glorious county of Gloucestershire, deep
in the heart of the Cotwolds.
We only make biscuits, cookies and crackers and that
makes us very good at them! We are passionate about what goes into our biscuits. We only use
butter (no margarine or hydrogenated fats for us) and we source our organic flour locally from Shipton Mill. We only use free range eggs in our biscuits and use Fairtrade chocolate and sugar
wherever possible. |
