We are a craft bakery based in Cheltenham deep in the heart of the Cotswolds.  We only make biscuits, cookies and crackers and that makes us very good at them!

We use local organic flour, free range eggs and butter. We don't use margarine or hydrogenated fats. We use good quality chocolate, ginger, fruits, nuts and other ingredients and we take care and pride in the rolling, cutting, baking and packaging of each and every biscuit that we make. We think this makes them taste better and our customers certainly agree coming back time and time again to try a new flavour, or for their old favourites.
